Buying Foreclosures - HOW do they Work?

Buying a foreclosure is a bit different than buying a home from a Seller. Many banks will not allow for you to change financing or lenders in the middle of a fully executed purchase agreement (signed by the seller and buyers), while others are more lenient and don't dictate the buyer's financing so long as the transaction meets the closing date.
